By entering a Dottery lottery, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules offered and consent to the holding of their personal data by the Dottery Ltd for the purposes of the administration and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.

No purchase is mandatory. It’s optional and up to user to buy virtual points which allow to participate in lotteries more frequently.
Lotteries and chests are the main features of Dottery App and work as described below:
User joins the lottery and Raise his win chance. The top 3 participants will get some pointsback which may use for the further lotteries.
User joins the lottery and Raise his chance. The more Raises - the higher win chance.
User joins the lottery and can't Raise his chance. So all the participants have the same Win chance.
User may open chests. Chests have different stuff from Free Points to cool items or sets.
To be eligible to win a prize, entrants must register with their Facebook, Vk account or sing up via email.
No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries or those not in accordance with the entry requirements will not be accepted.
No liability is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network failure, computer hardware failure, software failure or other delivery method of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
Prizes will be transferred to the winner outside of the app based on his contact details. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Dottery reserves the right to substitute the prizes (in whole or in part) for alternative prizes of equal or even cancel lottery. There is no cash alternative.
Dottery may use content or fan art provided by third-party services for prizes. Prizes are for personal use only.
User agree that the way he gets the prize from Dottery does not violate the restrictions on the use of content and services, where it was purchased.
Dottery assumes no responsibility or liability for third party content used for being prizes in lotteries and it’s further usage.

In case of disagreement with the terms of Dottery and its updates, the user is obliged to abandon the use of the application. If user makes a chargeback he looses all his points and all his Joins, Raises won't be considered. Such a user will be blocked forever without any further recovering.
